ISO 9001:2008 / 2011 Quality Management

ISO 9001:2008 is an international quality management system standard which puts the consumer first. Customer satisfaction, our legal responsibilities and continual performance improvements are the standards upon which this certificate is granted by the International Organisation for Standardisation.

We continually improve our processes to eliminate errors, reduce waste, and deliver the highest quality products to our customers in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Welder Code Qualifications (ASME & AWS)

All our heavy fabrication welder technicians are qualified and certified under ASME Section IX and AWS D1.1 structural welding requirements. This ensures structural integrity of every seam and weld line under severe stress tests.

Independent third-party NDT inspectors conduct regular radiographic and ultrasonic welding tests to certify welder logs.

Full Destructive & Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

Our in-house QC yard performs Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT), and Hydro-testing up to 500 PSI for all manufactured pressure vessels.

ISO Audited AWS Qualified ASME Sec IX
